Eligibility for returns
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products, are non-returnable.

How to return an item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at bettercraft.store@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at bettercraft.store@gmail.com. We can assist you with finding an alternative product or guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bettercraft.store@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable, including personalized products and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description to confirm the item is returnable before purchasing.
